TheOnlyMace 57f3e1068b Update LICENSE and README.md to reflect new licensing terms: Replaced the GNU Lesser General Public License with the Business Source License 1.1 in both files. Updated README.md to clarify allowed and prohibited uses under the new license, including a note on the transition to GPL v3 on January 16, 2030, and provided contact information for commercial licensing inquiries.
